Overview: Hotel Masineni Grand Highly convenient location, about 2 km from Anantapur Railway Station—ideal for travelers. Polite, helpful staff praised for their excellent service. Breakfast and overall food quality are liked for their taste—especially vegetarian offerings. Though limited variety. Nonetheless, the overall food experience—including standout vegetarian fare—is well-regarded.

Hotel service and look is good. Breakfast and availability is perfect. Room is cleaned and bathroom is good.

Stay is good but the pricing of the hotel is high

The amount paid through MMT is not acknowledged by them, and they raised a bill around 1 K less. Since this was an official tour, I may claim less

The receptionist girl on 8th march around 5 30 pm denied reservation of rooms on my name.upon showing all proofs of advanced booking she called another guy for advice and after some melodrama accepted,Again at the time of check out another receptionist at around 10 am on march 9th ,inspite of me showing proof of advanced payment ,asked to pay full amount again because they said that they still didn’t receive payment from make my trip.Again after some melodrama they charged only for food and beverages.bad experience from inexperienced staff.rooms and food is good

I booked 2 rooms of double occupancy with breakfast but the manager denied provide breakfast for another occupant. The manager at the reception was very rude in behavior to even explain the reason for not giving. Such behavior keep away good customers to come again though the hotel is having good ambience and facilities

Not value for the money ambience also not so great

We had a comfortable stay for three days at this hotel. Food at their vegetarian restaurant is enjoyable

Good location. Accessible easily breakfast spread is very poor. Even though they have non veg restaurant, buffet is pure veg, with not even eggs served. Clean room and amenities.

While booking a complementary breakfast was shown, however they claim that beakfast option is not provided to me.

Ac was not working properly. Poor house keeping. Used water bottles and used cookie packets when we entered the room.

Room they gave us too noisy from out side couldn’t sleep. View if you open the curtains horrible front desk staff not very welcoming. Have no idea what kind of rooms to provide.

Very clean and service very good complementary breakfast they provide lot of items all food items with reasonable price

The property is the middle of the crowded city, easily accessible. Parking is in a congested basement but they have valet parking. Rooms are quite clean and nice, decent for the price. Food at petals is also ok.

House keeping was pathetic. So many cockroaches in the room. Unhygienic room. There was only one towel in bathroom. Tv was not working initially. Overall bad experience.

Excellent location - in the middle of the city, very close to the popular landmark clock tower. Very hygienic bathroom, neatly maintained room, clean bed sheet. The executive premium room was very spacious with a flat tv. The breakfast in the morning at petals restaurant was very good, wide range of options and very tasty too.

Overall good stay but More expensive… Food variety is Ok for the price… Rooms are good…But very expensive…

Good sized rooms clean beds. However the hotel has room to improve in providing minimum required amenities. The soap provided for the bath is the size of a peppermint candy so i had go out and purchase a proper bath soap from store across the street. Did not provide hand towels. Did not provide floor towel so when you get out of shower with wet feet, you run the risk of slipping and falling. I request the management to take this suggestion seriously and take steps to correct this deficiency. On the plus side the food they prepared for our alumni meet was very good.

Cocroaches rooming on the table while dining on the tabme in hotel not hygene should use pest controls

ambience and cleanliness is awesome, room service is also good 👍 excellent for stay. wardrobe and other infra is good
