Review Of Srigandha Residency

Room was very cozy . It was approx 60 square feet room . AC was not working. No ventilation. Health faucet was not working. No shower gel . Shower lock was not working. No space to keep one suitcase. Wardrobe was tiny . Couldn’t sleep whole night due to suffocation.

The + points: Good location & hotel. - ve is staff are not well trained, very slow in response, one lift is not working for many months no news paper

Rooms was neat and Tidy,Best Hotel to stay Davanagere.Rooms were spacious Wash Room was excellent . Value for money

We had booked this hotel as a stopover on the way to Goa, it was a very well managed place.. breakfast was excellent and rooms were in very good condition..like new..all in all would recommend it..

Food: Srigandha Restaurant is good and the only issue is the area is small. They include south indian menu at night time as well.

not able to stay there..hotel is not yet ready for occupancy..still it's under construction only..yesterday I hv reached hotel at midnight 1am..staffs are are told that staying is not allowed since work is under progress.later I hv speaked with hotel owner he arranged alternatives hotel with poor maintenence without morning complimentary breakfast.

Door lock not proper

I booked a single occupancy room for one night. But the room smells horrible and very old. Bed was not comfortable that i couldn't sleep. Within 2hrs i booked another hotel (sai international. Definitely a big no for this residency.

Worst.

Non-functional air conditioning: the air conditioning in my room was not working properly, which made my stay uncomfortable, especially during the warm weather. 2. Missing complimentary breakfast: despite paying for breakfast as part of my booking, i did not receive the complimentary breakfast as advertised. 3. Faulty landline: the landline in my room was not functioning, which made it difficult for me to communicate with the front desk or request any assistance.

It was a terrible experience. Dont book this hotel by seeing the photos.

The sheets and towels were unwashed also the sheets provided for the extra beds were torn and patched up. Really a pathetic stay

Upkeep of bathroom fittings ought to improved, food is very limited & expensive for paid price in that city. Not at all have with complimentary breakfast

Good stay, clean room and clean bathroom. Only drawback was parking. The car had to be parked on road.
