people were so polite, humble, cooperative and very eager to help. since i was traveling with my parents, they helped us a lot. large arrey of breakfast . dinner was also excellent, and also had jain option. rooms were clean with all the amenities. overall a good time spend after a long drive from pune. rejuvenated shall be the word.

Neat and Comfortable Overn Stay

At check in, evening 4 p.m had to wait for someone to get to reception desk. There was no power in the room for half n hour after check in. Rooms are neat and comfortable. AC remote wasn't working great. Extra bed was arranged on request, without any fuss. Food was quite good at the restaurant , especially Malai Tikka. Overall, had a good experience staying for a night with my wife and daughter

Hotel is kept clean and neat. There was some kind of sound coming from the 4th floor down to 3rd floor. So also the windows are not airtight letting traffic noise into the room. AC was emitting bad sound. All in all I had to sacrifice my sleep,for whole of night,though the hotel let me access to the room next door,only next morning. Sensitivity to sound sleep, is expected from this highly rated Hotel.

You could do better!

We liked the hotel but can't say the same about our experience from the word go. First the staff at the reception said there is booking, then they said "ho, you booked online". Then the process of searching for a room started. When we finally got the room it had two single beds and not a double bed as we had booked. When we asked for a double bed they said that they did not have any. The feeling we got was that if you booked , you are not important! A lot needs to be done in the customer service front.
