AC was horribly making noise. They need to replace old fixtures. But breakfast was good. Overall not the worth money that we pay.

Amazing stay for my parents, with all the important amenities. Recommend people travelling in that route.

The property is Excellent. Rooms are Good. The maintenance of the room is very bad. AC absolutely was not working. Only one towel kept in the room. No quality of the soap and hand wash is very bad. Breakfast is average except the Benne dosa which is very very good

Second time i’m visiting their, food was delicious and amenities like water kettle was not in two rooms, service was very good.

Location is excellent with great benne dos a taste and good service. Enjoyed a lot with family and friends

The ac in the room was non functional. Set temp 20 actual temperature 29. In restaurant unless invited the server no one comes. Even water is not given when occupy the table.

The staff and employees are helpful. Restaurant is just okay. I booked suite. The ac was not working. Upgraded to presidential suite. Ac was not working here as well.

the property is very good overall. but while coming to rooms and stay they need to upgrade few things and maintain cleanliness in the toilets and rooms as it’s an old property maintenance should be done regularly. food dinner (veg) was not up to the mark the taste was not good .. but the breakfast we loved the banne masala dosa 👌🏽

Overall not that much good as it was expected. Not a value for money. Swimming pool was dirty rooms are also not good.

Intercoms not workout also only 4 options in breakfast but location and property is good staff also good

Very unhygienic complementary breakfast. Flies are coming from the open space and sitting on the plates and glasses. Water glasses are not properly cleaned at the complementary breakfast section. The room is very clean. The bathroom is very clean. Good balcony. Good room service. Very good space for parking. Very good garden view.

The location was ideal for me, close to the highway, good service and food was good, a lush green surrounding made it more pleasant

I stayed in room no 205- as a family and the room wash room there is no lock. The mixer in the washroom is a night mare. As i guest i do rate most of the stay started from washroom as it is the best refreshment. Next zero wifi range in this room. Good food and sleep is the only thing i rate about this property.

It's a property on the highway, they are a resort with no amenities, the swimming pool was shut for maintenance, on a weekend. Rooms were pretty old fashioned with an ac and a large bed, we could smell naphthalene balls all the time, felt sick of the smell. Their tv didn't work so called the reception for it who then turned it on(why was it off) the only good thing was the food in their restaurant. You can't call this a resort it's a hotel with a restaurant.

Stay was reasonably good. A sore point was the attitude of the f&b department, which refused to accept orders at 10 pm. The gm had to be spoken to, fortunately he was very forthcoming and positive. Breakfast was part of the package and was fairly okay.

We stayed here for a night, the ambience is beautiful, rooms are spacious, near and clean. The reception and the room boy babu were so welcoming and always portrayed a smiling face. The restaurant at this resort provides great food. The breakfast buffet was excellent. For anyone planning to stay with family, this resort is a spot on. Being just next to the highway connecting goa. I wondered how this place would look and feel like during monsoon. Looking forward to staying again, when ever i get a chance

We were transiting through davangere and stayed at apoorva. It is located bang on the highway. It's a nice property with lots of open space. The room was clean and nicely done. Famous benne dos a and other local delicacies were more than what we expected. Breakfast was also sumptuous. I will recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at davengere.

During our stay at apoorva resort on april 14th 2024, we experienced some breakfast issues. Tea was only available during complimentary breakfast hours and the staff member managed the breakfast counter lacked politeness. Furthermore, boiled eggs were unavailable by 9am and the response to inquiries about them was impolite. We suggest that the management offer guidance on maintaining courteous communication with guests.

Just looks good from outside. Poor service extremely poor food rooms are ok as a family of 3 adults and my son who is 5 years we booked a suite facing the pool but the experience as sad.
