Room was very cozy . It was approx 60 square feet room . AC was not working. No ventilation. Health faucet was not working. No shower gel . Shower lock was not working. No space to keep one suitcase. Wardrobe was tiny . Couldn’t sleep whole night due to suffocation.

Dear kamta gupta Thank you for your time to write a review and share your experience.. As you mentioned about roomsize, it’s not 60 but 100 sq ft and it’s mentioned in the website.. We have window in the room for ventilation , that we can see in the pic you have uploaded.. we checked health faucet twice during the stay and it was working fine.. Kindly go through the room categories and room sizes before booking the room we have different options of rooms to have a comfortable stay.. Regards

not able to stay there..hotel is not yet ready for occupancy..still it's under construction only..yesterday I hv reached hotel at midnight 1am..staffs are are told that staying is not allowed since work is under progress.later I hv speaked with hotel owner he arranged alternatives hotel with poor maintenence without morning complimentary breakfast.

I booked a single occupancy room for one night. But the room smells horrible and very old. Bed was not comfortable that i couldn't sleep. Within 2hrs i booked another hotel (sai international. Definitely a big no for this residency.
