Inexperienced staff no proper communication.. they were rude towards customers

Rooms were spacious and fully equipped and furnished. Rest rooms are good with 24 hours hot water. Complimentary breakfast was good and overall service is commendable.

The hotel is in the first floor and upper floors of a building.The ground floor, being a eye clinic or something of that sort.We got a room close to the reception desk on the first floor.The hotel employees have a very unfriendly attitude.There was no room boy to help with our luggage even.The room was spacious,and the AC was working fine.But,there were too many mosquitoes in the the night,we were bitten by bed bugs too.The bathroom also had lot of mosquitoes ,on top of it,there were some kindoff muck on the shower curtains .The washbasin sink was clogged up too.We went to Namakkal to write a exam,when we asked if they can provide, bread / jam by 7am,came a big "impossible" Morning,we find that the coffee maker was not working,the guy at the reception was kind enough to send tea in a flask.But,when we were checking out,we were asked to pay Rs60/ for the tea we had.

we visited as family of 4 ,the rooms were neat and clean it was spacious and was able to accommodate all of us. kettle is not available in all rooms but they provide on request. it is walkable from temple hardly 500 meters. The breakfast is a set breakfast and was good. overall a pleasant stay

Pros 1. Clean room 2. Courteous staff 3. Good breakfast Cons 1.We stained bedsheet with sambar and they charged us the cost of two bedsheets so beware not to spill anything. 2.no water provided 3. Extra bed charged was not firm very poor quality. Sinking in. 4. No toilet roll

Location is good. Hotel room was clean and staff were good. Packed breakfast was also good. Has parking space as well.

Location of the hotel is good. Close to the bus stand and very close to the main temples of Namakkal. The place is kept very neat and clean. Breakfast was provided and it was very good.

The property is more better than the photo. It’s great place to stay in nammakal. Although they do not have restaurant but they have tied with rukmini ammal veg restaurant was very tasty and excellent.

Well maintained rooms, clean wash room. Stay was good. However, it doesn't have a restaurant, if you want to have anything. They serve packed breakfast arranged from nearby restaurant.

We, a family of three stayed in this hotel. It is situated within the city, just on the main road. Clean and neat rooms. Markets, hotels all nearby. Only drag is, it has no restaurant. They arrange packed breakfast from nearby restaurant and it is provided by 8am or later. Not possible before that

Its very comfortable for staying. Bathroom is very neat and clean. But this my second stay in our hotel. Red ant are roaming in this rooms. That's only want to clean before staying. Thank u
