Average place. There were cockroaches everywhere in the room which was shocking. The hotel didn’t have in-house restaurant which was so inconvenient as even for a tea or coffee had to step out. The hotel management was able to buy for us but it was still inconvenient due to timing issues. They provide 1 water bottle as complimentary and will charge for more. Considering the charges and the no in-house restaurant or store drawbacks they should have offered water which I felt was kind of odd. They could have a RO plant and can provide self served water unit - just a suggestion. Otherwise for that locality they have tried their best.

Rooms are very clean. Don’t stay in that on Saturday because next to that hotel is chicken shop. Whole night we couldn’t sleep because of loading and unloading stuff. Chicken we’re making lot of noise.There is no kitchen so they bring breakfast for the near by hotel.

The hotel is well maintained. It is in heart of Namakkal, walkable distance to Hanuman temple . Hotel does not have restaurant but they have arranged complimentary breakfast from Rukmani Amma veg restaurant which was very good. Staff were polite and courteous Overall it was a good stay

Inexperienced staff no proper communication.. they were rude towards customers

Rooms were spacious and fully equipped and furnished. Rest rooms are good with 24 hours hot water. Complimentary breakfast was good and overall service is commendable.

The hotel is in the first floor and upper floors of a building.The ground floor, being a eye clinic or something of that sort.We got a room close to the reception desk on the first floor.The hotel employees have a very unfriendly attitude.There was no room boy to help with our luggage even.The room was spacious,and the AC was working fine.But,there were too many mosquitoes in the the night,we were bitten by bed bugs too.The bathroom also had lot of mosquitoes ,on top of it,there were some kindoff muck on the shower curtains .The washbasin sink was clogged up too.We went to Namakkal to write a exam,when we asked if they can provide, bread / jam by 7am,came a big "impossible" Morning,we find that the coffee maker was not working,the guy at the reception was kind enough to send tea in a flask.But,when we were checking out,we were asked to pay Rs60/ for the tea we had.

we visited as family of 4 ,the rooms were neat and clean it was spacious and was able to accommodate all of us. kettle is not available in all rooms but they provide on request. it is walkable from temple hardly 500 meters. The breakfast is a set breakfast and was good. overall a pleasant stay

Location of the hotel is good. Close to the bus stand and very close to the main temples of Namakkal. The place is kept very neat and clean. Breakfast was provided and it was very good.

Amazing! a very good and cozy place. Larger rooms and good breakfast spread. Temple is at walking distance. Great staff, well trained and friendly!

The property is more better than the photo. It’s great place to stay in nammakal. Although they do not have restaurant but they have tied with rukmini ammal veg restaurant was very tasty and excellent.
