My recent stay at Balaji Hotel, Tiruchengode was extremely disappointing. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were very poor. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and clearly not washed. When I requested a change, the staff replaced them with equally old and unclean ones. It seems they simply reuse them after every guest without proper washing. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the room had a disgusting odour. I had booked an Executive Room, but they gave me a Deluxe Room instead, without any proper explanation or rate adjustment. For the amount paid, the facilities were far below standard. There was no room service, no drinking water provided, and we even had to go out to buy bottled water ourselves. Such basic necessities should never be missing in a hotel claiming to provide Executive rooms. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are fixed.

The entire place was smelling. Drainage was over flowing. Room was just okay. Bedsheets were old, washed but had some sort of yellow stains in them. A/c was not cooling. Lighting in the room was yellow, it was weird. And the room was closed for sometime it kind off had an weird odour. Had to keep the room open and fans in full speed for sometime
