GD Zeenus Abode

Terrible is the only word for this Hotel. I had booked 2 rooms for the family vacation for 2 nights. Check in time was given at 2pm, when we reached the GD Zeenus Abode at 3:45 pm the rooms were not clean and the cleaning crew was not available. After waiting for 1 hr we got one room ready and another one at 6pm. When we complained about it we were told they are short on cleaning crew. Our rooms were located on 3rd floor, the corridor, rooms had terrible smell and small insects running everywhere. When asked to change the room the manager said they are full due to marriage celebration. I am amazed how can someone plan their marriage at such nasty location. Breakfast was okay. Not much options but taste was okay. Next day when we came back from Ramoji City at 7 pm again we found out that room cleaning was undergoing. Our patience was quite tested and the other family with us ended up just taking fresh towels from the crew and stayed as were going to check out that night. After checking out at 11pm, I got a call from the GD Zeenus Abode next morning that “Sir, kindly checkout the rooms, it’s post check out time” I had to tell him that I had checked out last night. If you stay at this place be ready to face several other issues such as Room Entry Key Card not working, post 7pm if you face this issue you have to depend on the manager every time as the IT guy who programmed these cards ends his shift at 7pm. Manager will help you to enter the room using master key and you are dependent on him for the entry. Total unprofessional. I was fooled by the images seen on their website and I repent not reading the reviews on Google about the GD Zeenus Abode. Avoid staying at The Manohar as they lack basic necessities such as cleanliness, hospitality and courteous staff.

very much worth money, clean and luxury room , clean toilet perfect. very good receptionist and good speakings. safe and secure place.
