Miscommunication about booking details
Could be better by asking booking details once after we reaching hotel reception, not on the road while we asking about hotel location details

It was wonderful experience the stay was comfort and easy staff and maneger where co operative and calm we reached 10am maneger supported us and gave the rooms early thanks hope we will come soon again

No internet when connected to wifi
No wifi, no internet, stay is good, they have taken me to another stay apartment not the one which i have booked

2 days stay with a family
Prime location, Easily access the restaurant and markets. Rooms are cleaned, Staff behaviour is very good and supportive., they guided us to get Darshan token. Laundry service not provided that needs to be provided.

It was disappointing
I had a lot of expectations after speaking with the owner but was really disappointed after getting into the hotel. There were a lot of cockroaches and the washroom taps were leaking. It was mentioned as there will be a personalised kitchen but it has no stove, also no laundry services provided where it is showing as it has paid laundry services. Ac remote was not working and we were asked to adjust with one remote for 2 bedrooms. The only thing we were happy about is we can stay together with family and guests can visit us anytime.

Dear Guest, We regret for the inconvenience caused at our property, but our care takers are available 24x7 at the property where they replace the remote if they are not working no need to adjust with 1 remote , at kitchen we provide kettle and cuttlery and if you need induction stove rice cooker and other basic utensiles for preparing your food all these are available at the care taker place you can avail the service from our team .Hope our care takers are on toes to serve .Which you already mentioned in your rating The laundry service is paid which we already mentioned , if you need you can inform at our reception and they will definitely help you out.We always striving to serve the guest at our best , once again our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
