Review Of SPOT ON Hotel O Crown Continental

It's very much far from metro station but the hotel was average to good and behaviour of receptionist was good their food items are overpriced also charging extra for doorstep delivery

I've booked a room at Oyo Hotel near Delhi sarai Rohilla station for 02 adults + 01 child by cost of - Rs. But I found double bed room inspite of double bed+ 01 seat. I reached the hotel approx 10.45 hrs. For this, entering the room I paid 300 - rs extra. It was worse experience.

I don't have the words to, please i have suggestion to people who visited to delhi. Never ever book this hotel crown continental near sarai rohilla railway station. Delhi. First of all, staff member was very rude when u enter in the with prepaid booking. They told you that room is not available. Cancel your booking. We are give u your booking room. But after the 15 min of argument they told you to give u some extra money rather than your booking amt. Than they will give u the room. Now the room. Room was not clean for more than 4 to 5 day. Different wrapers was on floor, insects in the bed, i have some pics, and rat potty was there on the window ac, room was stinking, there was spitting in the wall also. Bathroom was terrible. There is balti of paint for your bath. Lol. And dirty glass with stinking wash basin. Potty sheet was not clean after the previous client. Overall pls stay on the road. But never ever book this hotel.

Very very bad condition so horrible

After long travel-ling we reach hotel but hotel staff were saying there was no room available we will take you to another hotel. After lots of request they allow me to stay there but the room was so dirty. My worst experience hotel ever

Very bad staff behaviour not ok

After my booking i reached hotel and they denied the booking and said there is no booking. I lost my money as well as comfort. They are making fool to people.

Please don't book this hotel staff

I had booked the hotel but when i reached at the hotel the owner told me that the bookings has been closed for that tarif and he is allowing to stay only because i had family with me. Otherwise he would have denied me to stay in the hotel. There was no ac in the room. I had to pay rs 30 for a tea

Unflushed toilets of previous customers and leftover bidis(indian cigarettes) in room and lots of scattered wrappers. Blankets are old. Even if you book an ac room you have to pay extra for ac otherwise they won't turn on the ac.
