Average Stay
There was a picture of balcony shown but it wasn't there actually. Breakfast was included but caretaker did not ask about it

Great place clean and tidy. All appluances worked well. Will recommend it any time. Caretaker was very helpful

It is nothing like property, it is just like a hostel room
It is totally waste of money, no one is there for taking care of. Ac is not working, no one is there to give bed tea. My room was booked with breakfast & i have not even get a cup of tea there. the experience was worst

Hotel jo map me diya he w aha he hi nahi or mmt wale bhi peas khalete he # dropped make my trip for our mobile phones # remove mmt

Smartotel is all about cheating their guest
It's a guest house or lodge. MakeMyTrip should change Smartotel property listing as this is not at all a 5star property and it is misleading. It is an illegally run guest house in society premise. You will not get parking space, they will provide the room location details only 24 hours prior to checking. Will put you in some slum like society and provide you a room full of stink and mosquitoes. And for breakfast, you'll just get one food item or dish that too prepared by caretaker who doesn't even know to cook. They take bookings under Smartotel name and then pass it on to Gagal homes who in turn provides such distress rooms. Our outing was totally spoilt by these cheats especially Vishal Verma who even lied to MakeMyTrip executive. Had a horrible time with these guys. Only Vikram was of some help. If you are with a family, stay away from them as it's purely a lodging facility and you'll regret. I demand by money back. Absolutely horrendous.
