The location of hotel is good in Andheri west. Its inside a lane. Rooms cleanliness was good. The food is outsourced and bit costly.

Very clean and hygienic washroom, spacious room and excellent service. Well maintained!

Overall The facility is So So ,and property food I haven’t had in hotel the location is Not Realy good ,and the surrounding area is clean environment,not easygoing it Reach from elsewhere and uber service is very Rare available to this location ! Thanks

Good location, Good place, breakfast need to be improved. Only breakfast was the issue. They charged so much for the stay but in breakfast nothing.

Not given room as per mentioned on make my trip,size of room was also small, payment done was of delux room and given simple room

Property location is far away from Andheri station, not clean lift & they took Rs 500/- extra while checking in at 10 am though had done special request. bathroom is higher than floor size, which is trouble some.

Nice stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next business travel

it looked different in than the pictures, reception wasn't well... broken and gave very bad vibes. I opted for breakfast which I didn't get for two but got only one.

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to our office location. However, the hotel's maintenance is subpar. The bedsheets were dirty, lot of mosquitos found in room, no shampoo or conditioner was avl in wasrooms, and the breakfast was terrible. Furthermore, we noticed that rooms in the same category were charged at different rates, as confirmed by other staff members who stayed during the same period. The hotel lacks an in-house canteen or dining facilities and instead relies on arrangements with nearby restaurants to provide food. Unfortunately, the quality of food served was poor, as it was often cold and tasted bad. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

I had a short yet pleasant stay here. The rooms are well maintained and staff is very helpful. Breakfast/food/room service is always available. There are multiple hotels within the same premise and the name signs are small so locating the reception was bit confusing. However, there are always people who are willing to help so it's not a problem. There is auto rickshaw service easily available outside.

Hi my booking ID was NH72150374459208 and I stayed from 7th to 10th of January. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. First let's talk about property, they have two floors (6th and 7th) in Maruti Chambers building. Each floor has 14 rooms, now you can guess how small the rooms would be. If I was to measure the room using my steps, it would be just 2.5 walks. The building has two lifts and both are in too bad condition. Now let's talk about the room itself. As I have already said the room is very very small and even too old. Walls have spots and are broken from different areas. The bathroom too was very old and definitely the room was not worth the price. Food was decent but I can say that only for breakfast as I decided not to have anything else from them. Unlike other hotels, they do not have a common area or restaurant for breakfast buffets. Oh sorry, they do not have a buffet at all. Yes, they give only one dish to one room member. So, we were three people and one day was Poha, Bread and Omelet. So, we can only order three dishes in total and the same is true for beverages like tea. The area of the hotel is okay. Close to YRF and Nadiawala Studios, but the hotel is itself in a very shady building. Lastly the staff was the only one whom I appreciated. Both Abdul and Aman were helpful and were always there to help us.

Services poor. Amenities not good. Not worth the money they charge for. Very old hotel in a narrow lane.

The entire lobby stinks of smoke. Someone who is a non-smoker like me will have a hard time. Otherwise, the room and washroom were decent enough.

There is a lot of trouble with the internet and calling in the hotel; the network doesn't come there at all.
