Booked Gandola facing room but given mountain facing room because they said we don’t have any gandola facing room then what is fun of GANDOLA FACING OPTION it’s like making fool of the guest. Otherwise stay was nice and hotel is also good.

Food service was slow .Buffet was not proper buffet you have to chose from menu .Further they even don’t give late check out after request for even 1 room out of 2 room we have small baby with us

Property has very beautiful landscape with great food at restaurant. It has good activities and very professionally managed too. Gondola ride was amazingly great and gives experience like an abroad one. Staffs were very polite and helpful too. Overall great family vacation.

Very nice property with excellent ambience but the food was not that great and the breakfast menu was quite ordinary compared to the prices ….. Food should be upgraded and much more lavish spread is required for a property of this magnitude.
