Nice stay and beauty views from the property It was a good stay with beautiful views and the property service was also good. Awesome tasty food was served for all meals

Stay was good Food was good Excellent for 6 people as there are 3 bedrooms but at the same time good for 8-10 people if you have Stags in your group as we were 10 people. The property was ok, but the services offered were pathetic. We ordered chai and found cockroaches floating in it. Jacuzzi’s temperature regulation didn’t work. We had to pour hot water from geyser through buckets into the jacuzzi, the staff didn’t help at all. They kept saying that it would heat up soon. Ac in the living room wasn’t working. Handwash dispensers were broken. The projector wasn’t working either. The rooms were smelly and damp, the carpets didn’t feel clean. They were damp too. We also found ants on one of the beds. To make it all worse, the manager was rude. He wasnt present there, but was talking through the phone, and he didn’t know how to talk to customers.

Food was good and location is also good and the facilities are fabulous The experience was excellent

Starting from location of property, topnnotch property with good location from where you can have full view of moutains, stay was good. Food quality was decent not best but it was decent enough to stay there. Must stay there

Property is very good bit there is little difficulties on location so i suggest they have to start their own e rickshaw from main road and make some parking space on top also food was not that much good what we thought

The property is just as in pictures. It looks pretty. The jacuzzi, the pool table, the home theatre, the view, everything looked and worked amazingly. However, there were some major concerns with services provided. The food is very average in taste and the portion sizes extremely small. They also served us non-veg instead of veg food (most people in the group were vegetarian). And when we raised a concern, the chef said that it was our responsibility to watch out what we eat. On the last day, we also found a huge rat roaming about. The staff didn’t know how to set up a rat trap. I got fooled by seeing the extremely high ratings of this property on other sites. Not recommended if you looking for a luxury/relaxing stay

Everything was good, especially the owner, he was quite responsive and took care of everything we needed. But the food quality provided by the chef was not up to the mark. We got it on a weekend, but its rate shows around 14-15k on weekdays. Overall experience was great, location is mindblowing, only food was not that good. Service boy was very genuine and polite.

The ambience was good rooms were good and comfortable, but the host was very rude mr ajay doesn’t know the way to talk he was so rude throughout our stay.
