Nice propert,.......................... food in the near cafe is awesome and amenities are good.

Poor facilities, location is poor

this is average location as they are not providing any room cleaning, changing of bedding…etc on daily basis and not providing these services even on request

First of all it’s not at all clean, location was not given properly, kitchen utensil were very small, NO FAN🫡 horrible bed and horrible mattress better to stay in other place with that cost!!

This is an excellent property to stay at and one of the best homestays in bhubaneswar. Highly recommended!

Place wasn’t clean. We asked the caretaker to clean it but he didn’t do it. Kitchen was smelly and dirty

Location is ok. But caretaker is not available overnight. No back up power is available. Location marked in app is different than actual one. Have to contact the caretaker for taking to actual room

Beautiful property, clean rooms, cozy, aesthetically decorated. Great staff service. Easy to locate. All kinds of facilities are available.

The place is located in an old apartment and the surrounding feels unsafe. And the property don't have any security services.

The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. While the occasional power outage was a minor inconvenience, it did little to detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The property is very beautiful and maintained. The colors and furniture are beautifully decorated. Few points can still be improved: 1. Room was smelling with cigarettes and till end we were not able to get rid of it. Ventilation could have been better 2. ⁠caretaker was not very helpfully considering purchase of items. He just at beginning and was not available after that.

The procedure was incredibly smooth. I really enjoyed my stay; the rooms were aesthetically pleasing and had a comfortable atmosphere. I really appreciate siddharth & shailaja for being accessible via calls and messages for anything i needed. The apartment is situated in an excellent area. Initially, the look of the building gave me pause, but once i entered the apartment, my views completely shifted. It's well-furnished and utterly fantastic.

Place was warm and pleasant, even as I had reserved myself inside a room for most of my stay, I felt home 🏠 and safe.

It was a new kind of stay for me this time. Although the main building looks very old from the outside, the flat they have taken for skip intros is totally different. It was so peaceful and felt like a home in itself. I would definitely go for it the next time i come bhubaneshwar again.

Apartment was very old building. But room was good, exact what pictures shows. Washroom was ok. And apart from this stay was on 3rd floor without lift.

The stay was very comfortable, with proper parking facility, the kitchen and the hall were really good, ambiance was outstanding, they have other rooms in the property which were even better. The hostess was really kind, but staff needs a little more training.

Chic, seren and beautiful. This place is perfect for a getaway right in the midst of the city. Really well maintained. Great management and staff. Loved my time here.

The stay is comfortable and room & house are very clean. The host was courteous and responsive. I would love to stay here again during my next visit. Thank you 👍
