Review Of SHYNE CASTLE LODGE

I was given a room on the 2nd floor even though no room was occupied on the 1st floor. I was travelling with my father who is a senior citizen & was having difficulty climbing steepy stairs. Overall the room was ok.

They have not provided the room & there is no response & even, they have not called me about check in, I have l lost my money , I will not recommend others to stay in this property

Nice, budget friendly lodge where family can stay safe. Ideal one for single travellers and parking space for bikers in front of it. Situated in a decent locality however no hotels or cafe nearby hence its advisable to have food before boarding. The staff are awesome & friendly. They allowed us keep our baggage at the reception after checkout. If the room is available they allow guests for early checkin.

When i was reached at 02:00 am on 27/12/2024 they denied to give the 3 booked room even informed them earlier for late arrival some how after conversation he provided the 3rooms 2) no professionally hotel management service 3) very dirty toilet and beds like govt premises

L like to stay this place, because good ambience. The rooms are very neat and clean. They are giving good services

Location is too good. Traveler are tired and want little walk all surrounding is well planned and nice. Good value at such a cheap rate.

No extra sheet, no bathroom kit, soap, towel, fan low speed,

Poor this lodge. Room not clean and clear. Don't choose this lodge.

We came for a trip and booked room but room is not as expected, very bad maintenance and asking extra money for tips. Fan is not working properly and full of mosquitoes couldn't sleep well.

They made me pay 200 rs extra stating the charge given was wrong. As i was in a new town had to accept their demand

It's a comfortable stay. And worth for money and staffs are so friendly.

This is make my trip fault that they have included this lodge in their group. They don't have, geyser, hot drinking water facility, room services, even toiletries

No room service. Bad odour in room. Toilet not clean. . Insect in and around room. Totally unsatisfied

Window was open and there was no curtain no bedsheet, soaps provided. Even fann doesnt seem to be running

There was no bed sheet. I was very cold in the night. Also too much mosquito. They could have used mosquito net for the windows.
