VLR RESIDENCY

I checked into the suite room at the hotel which had a large room but the sheets were stained, curtains were not washed for ages and jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Cockroaches found in the room and then they offered another room but in another room as well there were cockroaches. Not happy with the rooms. Very old furnitures and insects issues.

Not worth the money. It's not a peaceful stay. Lot of noises. And moreover all amenities is almost everything is damaged provided. I do not recommend this. Not worth for money

In general good and neat. Suggestion - one bulb is to be fixed on the top of the mirror in the bath room. Help for shaving

Following things to be corrected or managed to have a better experience for the customers. 1. Proper signage is not available at the main entrance main road. Very difficult to find it. 2. I was waiting for 15 minutes to get my room entry. 3. Very pathetic mobile network issues inside the room, my two numbers were completely dead till check out. 4. Room services were another concern, no sufficient room boys to get the food from the restaurant or other services. The hotel is goodby location and appearance, but it can be corrected.

Nice location and room facility is nice and parking also good room neatness is very nice. And overall is excellent

Rooms, linen was clean. Front desk staff was supportive - allowed us smooth check in and check out. Only issue is that they've only one lift which is always pure occupied by the restaurant guests. Overall a good experience.

The stay was comfortable. However, the hotel staff were not very warm or welcoming. The bathroom taps were loose and when asked for a fix, we were asked to adjust and manage. Laundry facilities were expensive and not available in house. Hotel is actually well built but the staff and team make it a poor choice to make.

Pics not as hotel in real. Cud improve cleanliness. Seems to be an old property. Maintanence cud be improved.

It was a comfortable stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is one in the building. Quality of food is average. For the morning tea and coffee room service will get it delivered from a nearby restaurant.

A well maintained room was provided. Towels and spreads were okay. Bath kit is not available.

We stay in this hotel for 2days with my wife. All good but they don't have a restaurant

The rooms are very clean and the hostel is perfect for staying.

We stayed for a night. The room is very clean and neat. Room service is very fast. The quality of food is very good.

Located nice but the property is not good. Check out timing is bad. Property displayed is different when we occupied by us. And the tariff is greater. Property people cheating us in the rooms name like deluxe room. Shoot room. Balcony room. Executive room and so on. Bad experience
