Basic facilities ok if we are at a tight budget. Good, decent lodge. Old property but ok for a nights stay with family / individuals on a budget. Staff, ch k in, ch k out all ok.

Hotel shyama, nagercoil is located in an excellent location, close to bus stand, nagercoil junction, market, temples etc. Good welcome by hotel staff and had bet u good response for our queries. Room was nice. We did not face any problem during our stay. Worth staying here

This hotel looks new and very easy to acces bus stand. Really well maintained and having very new look. Has lift and car parking as well. Has ac n non-ac rooms. Staff is very polite and helpful. Went as a family and had a pleasant stay.

On 1st stay I stayed in a non ac room with family. It was like staying in steam room. I asked the manager to shift us to ac room as my parents were to old but he said there was no availability. Next 2 days we stayed in ac room but the ac was going on and off on its own. Service guy had to come multiple times to get it working. TV and remote both are in bad conditions. Lots of red ants in our ac room. Rooms are cheaper when you directly book Only advantage is at good location where you have good connectivity to city.
