Lot Of Mosquitoes Not Providing Mosquitoe Repellent Machine, TV Not Functioning, Bathroom Very Small, Drinking Water Not Good, AC Is Working But No Wireless Remote. Except Hotel Location For Easy Transport. All Things Are Needed To Improve.

the location was very near to meenakshipuram anna bus stand very easy accessible they have good water and electricity clean room good environment staff are friendly

they don't have a remote controller and cable connection did work , Deluxe room also too small size if we need a towel ,we have to call the reception AC DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, but at a low cost , if they enhance it they can improve their customer base

Property location is not convenient for stay and faced frequent power cuts during the night stay. No alternate and have spend the night without power.

Issues faced with the accommodation. Rude staff, who was shouting at me when I arrived. Just because he was not informed of my arrival by his owners. No hot water No towels provided No toiletries provided Torn blankets provided Rooms are filthy with hair everywhere. The receptionist or owner doesn't even care about these complaints.

Pols don't subscribe this hotel anymore it will spoil your reputation no basic things in this hotel like towel, soap, blanket etc

At Hotel surya residency Navercoil, I booked double bed ac suite. Room was not as expected. I saw the rate for this room was 1100 per day. But MakeMyTrip took me 3543.68 rs for two days. It looks a cheating for me. property was not as expected during booking time. food service was not available at Hotel. I had to go nearby restaurant for food. no amenities was available forthishotel.

The hotel is located in the center of city, but no hot water provided.

There is no room boys and room keepers in this hotel, our self lift our luggages and bags to rooms both sides, and there is no room service etc we have do our self every thing, it is very difficult to stay for family and aged persons

If u are a little tall even 5’5, going in their western style restroom is difficult. You don’t have any space. They don’t have heater in room but will provide immersion heater. Just 2 power sockets placed below tv which was quite difficult. If you want a neat room, with minimal requirements, you can go for it. Price was also affordable. 2 mins walkable from anna bus stand and all shops nearby
