Bed spread. Not clean Room full of smell Asked them tv they said not covered in your package No towel given no soap given Very worst behaviour

I stayed in suryas residency in Nagercoil for a night and it was a terrible stay for me ever in my life.There was no towel in the bathroom,no phone to connect to the reception,no basic requirements for my stay for a night.i strongly condemn this hotel and their efforts to satisfy a customer.never ever step inside with your knowledge.and when I had asked for a glass to drink water,this guy kept interrogating me wheather am I drinking or not.i don't understand why he has the audacity to question me what am I going to do with a glass.

the location was very near to meenakshipuram anna bus stand very easy accessible they have good water and electricity clean room good environment staff are friendly

they don't have a remote controller and cable connection did work , Deluxe room also too small size if we need a towel ,we have to call the reception AC DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, but at a low cost , if they enhance it they can improve their customer base

Property location is not convenient for stay and faced frequent power cuts during the night stay. No alternate and have spend the night without power.

Issues faced with the accommodation. Rude staff, who was shouting at me when I arrived. Just because he was not informed of my arrival by his owners. No hot water No towels provided No toiletries provided Torn blankets provided Rooms are filthy with hair everywhere. The receptionist or owner doesn't even care about these complaints.

Pols don't subscribe this hotel anymore it will spoil your reputation no basic things in this hotel like towel, soap, blanket etc

At Hotel surya residency Navercoil, I booked double bed ac suite. Room was not as expected. I saw the rate for this room was 1100 per day. But MakeMyTrip took me 3543.68 rs for two days. It looks a cheating for me. property was not as expected during booking time. food service was not available at Hotel. I had to go nearby restaurant for food. no amenities was available forthishotel.
