It was good stay with ganga palace nagercoil, but the interior and bathroom could have been better. Only bf is available in the restaurant no lunch or dinner. Food i ordered.

The hotel ganga palace is on the main road of nagercoil town, it's positive. The room in which we stayed is having real ample space, it's nice. Corridors are clean, hot water is available it's good. For air circulation when we opened the window, it's horrible to see ditch stagnant water. Bathroom drainage water flow is also getting stagnant we have to wait for a while before continuing bathing. Car parking is satisfactory. Served tea on payment is of below average quality. Room service people are to be trained a bit. Overall average quality stay for the money paid at this location.

This was most worst service i have ever faced in any hotel. Bed was broken and hotel staff was like go and ask to mm t you booked two bedrooms we have given our responsibility over. This was the way they were treating customer. Room and washroom was not clean at all. I'm never recommend anyone to stay in such worst hotel. One must never try to book such worst hotels

Not a pleasant stay

From the beginning till end, it wasn't a good stay. 3bed was given as 2 and later changed. Not a clean room. Towel, bed sheet was not neat and tidy. Bathroom was not clean and hot water took more time than usual. Parking is too cramped. Need a good renovation. I won't personally opt for this hotel again.

Will leaving the hotel receptionist, there where very rude behavior. There where throwing us out. They are asking unwanted questions.
