As a budget hotel, we strive to provide value for money, and with a rate for a standard room, it's understandably challenging to offer the same amenities and services as higher-end establishments. We did have a restaurant that unfortunately didn't perform as expected, which led to its closure. However, we make every effort to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our rooms, as reflected in our 4.1 rating. If you encountered any specific cleanliness issues during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share a photo or provide more details so we can address them promptly. Regarding the hot water, we were at full capacity during your visit, and it's possible that high demand for hot water at the same time may have caused the issue. Regarding the hot water, we were at full capacity during your visit, and it's possible that high demand for hot water at the same time may have caused the issue. It is unfortunate that a hotel’s rating might be impacted by the availability of bottled water, but please allow me to clarify that all rooms are supplied with clean, filtered water in refillable bottles. Additionally, we have water refill stations on every floor for guests who need more water during their stay. For your convenience, bottled water is also available for purchase at the reception. Please note that water bottles and glasses are always provided in the room, and water dispensers with clean water are available on every floor for your convenience. As it is the holiday season, we are operating at full capacity. While we strive to offer a quiet and comfortable experience for all our guests, it can be challenging to manage the behavior of others. Dear Ananya - Apologies for the issues with the internet issues. We have been working with our internet partner to resolve the issue and should be back in couple of days. Note, the Hotel is right in the middle of the city of Nagercoil; being far away from everything is prespective to what you are looking for. Agree, our staff does not speak Hindi but are good with Tamil, English, and Malayalam. I am confident most of the customers are comfortable with the common communication lauguage of English.
