The Shulem hotel was a good choice for our trip to Dimapur. The location is convenient, just a short distance from city tower. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained with comfortable bed and modern amenities. We enjoyed the food as well, however the services from the staff could be improved. Staffs should readily assist the guests. IMPORTANT NOTE: A curtain between the sitting room and bed room(in the presidential suite) is highly recommended. Also I noticed that the hotel didn't offer any complimentary snacks or drinks in the rooms, which is something I've come to expect at other hotels in this price range. I think adding a small mini-bar with a few complimentary items like water, juice, and some light snacks would be a great addition.

the stay was excellent! its a beautiful hotel in dimapur, and trust me the food here is truly amazing, its one of the few hotels here that has really really amazing food! and i am saying this as a vegetarian, it has got plenty of options for vegetarian, and the taste is equally amazing! overall the stay was comfortable, the staff is super friendly, the property is neat and clean! i will definitely visit again!

Awesome stay. Good food. Good amenities. Although room was a little smaller than expected. Well mannered guest. They mentioned 24/7 room service, which was not true. Room service stopped at 9pm.

Great hospitality and noise free locat
It was a great stay at this place. The staff are very co-operative and helpful. As a vegetarian, the food options were plenty and tasty for me. All the staff is cordial and helps you out a lot. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I didn't have slippers in my room, though I am pretty sure if I just asked the housekeeping, they would have provided me with them. If you need something, I am sure a call to reception will perfectly help you out. The location is great, it is quite outside but it's still located very close to the main market and there are plenty of autos standing a few metres away from the gate. I really liked everything about the rooms, food and location. Just one tiny detail, can you guys install hooks in the bathroom and room. I just realised how much I missed the utility of a tiny thing like a hook. That's all. The hotel was awesome and I would love to stay again. Sorry for any typos.

Let me say about the hotel. It is located beautifully in a no noise zone parking is excellent and appreciative of the reception team. The rooms contain everything a guest could need. Every requirement is taken care so well. Hope to visit again

Stay was very good. Room was tidy. Food was good. House keeping should be guided to keep sufficient tea coffee sachets.

My stay at shulem was very pleasant, the staff was polite and the service was top notch. It's a very new property with all the modern amenities. I never expected the food to be so good at their restaurant. Also i needed a drop at 1:00 am in the middle of the night and the front desk headed by peter & wilson arranged their inhouse cab for the same. Keep up the good work team shulem.
