Oak House

The location is convenient yet lacks enough parking. The room where we stayed had major maintenance issues. Housekeeping needs to improve their standards. Please sweep and mop every inch of the floor properly. I did not expect that from Oak House. Some of their staff must learn to be more professional. Unless these issues are resolved, I would have second thoughts on booking there again.

The hotel room was pretty decent and comfortable, the food was not bad, for me personally I really enjoyed the breakfast. The food we ordered arrived quickly, and e the staff were kind people

The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. Food was ok. Services are very good. But, the only thing is water problem which has iron in it, water needed filter... clean water is must for travellers. If they could look into it will be great.

it was a very comfortable stay in the service is very good though it not maybe that luxury, but it’s good as per the place 🌟

The service is pathetic. There is serious issue of mosquito. Also there is severe power fluctuations on and off for long hours. While complaining for transparent window they placed bed sheet to cover it.

I booked a double bed room for my wife and me..the room had a single bed(single peson bed).. the reception told that although the name is double bed room it has a single bed only! They ultimately gave us a foldable bed. We paid around 2200 rupees for a non-ac room--that too had a single person bed only! Expensive and not worth it!

The place has a high rating on the internet. However, it was ok. Its seems the rooms are not made for a typical hotel room. The charge points were kept at odd places. So it was building made for other purposes converted into a hotel.

Few suggestions for improvement: 1. Doormats could be placed infront of the bathroom. 2. Cold drinks/beverages could be served or placed in the freezer for guests.

Excellent stay thank you oak dimapur. Continue to plan stay in future it’s a short period of time but stay is excellent.

Food is good staff is cooperative, specially their chicken dumplings are delicious. Recommend for stay
