poor wifi need to have pest control. good and Friendly staff.. immediate response for all request.

Outdated AC(too much sound), Poor room arrangement, Poor quality Bedspreads and blanket.

Overall Satisfactory,my overview was good. But food was very expensive. And also water must be complementary.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of options. The overall ambiance and service made my experience truly relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

They have car parking, no congested, good building. But the room needs some upgrading. No tooth paste or brush, no dustbin. Bathroom can not be locked, air freshing fan in bathroom can not work. No mirror in the room except in bathroom. The location of aircon is not so desirable, the air from ac directly hit our heads while sleeping. Th staffs are nice and friendly.

Rooms facility restorant facility lights problem very bad

Worst service ever encountered! steward was like doing his job out of compulsion like he was a bonded labour. Never ever asked if we needed something; do the room needed cleaning etc. No courtesy. You won't find nagoa dish here. Such disappointing!
