Review Of Noune Resort

We were repeated guest at Noune. We loved this place last visit and so decided to repeat. Also it is just 1.5 hr drive from Diphu, where we live. The stay was OK but not good this occasion. It could have been better in many ways with better communication and services. We booked a junior suit. 1. The stair and the landing of the j. suite (206) was being repaired and this information was missing while booking. 2. We went for a relaxing trip with kids. The Internet was down and kids were required constant engagement. Internet came back when we were about to check out. 3. Too, the kids to play area, the place wasunder renovation. We had to abandon the idea. 4. The breakfast was good and they provided everything we asked for. 5. We used the pool max to keep busy in absence of internet and other activities for the children. Good. 6. They served me half cup of masala tea instead of a full cup, which was not expected. I brought this to the notice of the food desk. 7. We had anniversary and requested if we can cut a cake in the restaurant. They said ok and we sent the cake to make it ready. Next min the cake came in pieces! But OK! We believed we could not communicate well. 8. We asked for an extra bed. They gave a flat mattress on floor in a JSuit. I expected a small folding bed. 9. The mattress came wet first time, I had to turn it back although housekeeping thought that we can use the other side. 10. The minibars was reported to be used with three bars and chips. Wedid not use it and verified with our truthful and honest kids. Seems, housekeeping keep less umber of items in minibar to charge money from guest. They wanted to return, but could not as payment was done by card, not acceptable. Overall, we woukd expect better service for the money we paid. May bewewill think before we book again in Noune.

The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. And resorts location and the view is amazing. Would love to stay here again and again.

Booked junior Suite. Comfy rooms with balcony that gives a Stupendous view of clouds engulfed mountains. Prompt service. Well behaved and polite staff. Delicious food with great presentation. A lot of things around to explore. The Reason for a score of 4 and not 5 would be the Breakfast Buffet. The menu as well as the quality can be improved. Would definitely visit again in winters.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The location was spacious, clean and peaceful, it was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was average in taste, nothing too special but decent. The service provided by the staff was prompt and friendly, and the amenities available were also satisfactory. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Noune used to be my favourite resort in Dimapur whenever i wanted to escape the hustle and bustle. I can’t say the same after my last two stays. Not sure if it’s weak management or reduced motivation. I went to use the pool and it was deserted with not even a single pool attendant on sight. I had to call the reception twice to ask for towels but got none even after waiting for more than 40 minutes. I had to change into my dry clothes without even showering and walk back to my room. Also the pool water was dirty with full of dead bugs floating around. With the price hike one would expect better service but it’s quite the opposite

The property was beyond our expectations. The cottage was so beautiful,spacious and well equipped. And the balcony view was cherry on top. Our cottage was way more prettier than the pictures shown here. Food was also decent. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Nice place, good ambiance , park for children. Very polite staff. Breakfast however can be improved with more options.

WARNING: DO NOT EAT AT NOUNE RESORT. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Noune Resort. I had dinner at the Jade Restaurant where I was served chicken that was clearly off—it smelled rancid and tasted spoiled. That night, I fell ill with a bad stomach. The following morning, I had breakfast at the Lake Deck, only to be served frozen sausages and bacon that also smelled like they had expired. I was unwell for the entire weekend because of the food. This is a serious warning to future guests: please do not eat at Noune Resort. A quick glance through other reviews will show that poor food quality is a recurring complaint. It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful location is let down by substandard food safety and hygiene.

Best place to stay for vacation. Well disciplined staff good ambiance. Food was great lots of outdoor activities

A well thought out place with great facilities. Probably among-st the best in the north east. Excellent for families or couples looking for an escape.

it was indeed a wonderful stay at noune resort dimapur. it's indeed a class a part 👏 with astonishingly beautiful ambience and the environment is absolutely conducive for relaxing and fun. i would definitely love to visit and stay there again. the services and facilities provided at the resort is worth the money spent.

Restaurant service is one of the worst experiences. Waiting time is extremely long. Food quality is poor

Overall food quality was not great. Nobody was around after 9 pm to attend to guest requirements in rooms. The property is located over a huge area which is well maintained. Loved the activities like cycling. But cycles were available only after 8. 30 am the hotel staff were very courteous and well behaved.

Great view, great food great vibe, nature is very close. Rooms are very clean, rooms are very big. Lots of activities to do

Excellent place to stay and lots of activities to do. But breakfast is pathetic and there is only a few options like puri sabji and oily foods.
