service is pathetic. The attitude of waiter and very bad front office is ok. food is so so they don't take before giving to customer as one item salt is too high

Great place to be in and great parking place. Has spacious area to take a walk. Food are good. Clean lobby and nearest to railway station

best hotel in dimapur- location is also the best , everything is near from hotel. staff is excellent, rooms are neat and clean. i would like rate it 100 out 10 😃

Room was conjusted and many mosquito inside the room even after many complain to reception and room service no response from their end. As whole night i with my campnion wrestling with mosquito

The hotel staff are very friendly. However, the room needs to be renovated. Because the color paint on the walls is coming up & and the room looks quite old and sad. And when we called the kitchen to order some food around 8:30 pm it was already closed. At least it should be open till 10 pm or 11 pm for the convenience of the guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good location. A few standard rooms do not have windows. The other rooms have very small windows. Overall - average.

The hotel looks decent and well maintained from outside but the rooms need a renovation. Food and service is good. There is no elevator which is a must for rooms on the top floor for senior citizens or physically challenged people. Overall an average experience

Not bad, not good. It was so-so. Concierge is kind enough. Don't expect too much.

No one available after 9 pm in night. When went for check-out at 6:30 am, no one was available in hotel for check-out. The guard has has to call person to come and he came after 30 mins.
