The 1st room (107) allotted was pathetic. No geyser no mosquito liquid no doormat outside bathroom leaking basin no switchboard near bed to charge devices used bed sheet with female hair tangled and visible food stains even the bed sheet which i asked for later on for covering myself was having multiple holes. The 2nd room (105) where i changed to was ok. But they still don't give mosquito repellent liquid. Instead they give some sticks, but it doesn't feel good with a lot of smoke and smell. Service is good. Rooms and bathrooms-are more or less clean. But towels, blankets and bed sheet needs to be worked upon. Even the 2nd room had a torn blanket. Room size is good. But rooms are mostly separated by wooden boards. Don't know why. I am very generous to give the "average" rating. 1st room deserves a "terrible.

i want to give a review. the stay in the hotel was excellent.. the room was nice big and clean , the manager specially was very helpful even though he wasn't there in person but he made sure that the staff sees to everything that i required. in the future whenever i go to dimapur i would like to stay at hotel the touch. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone 👌

flush not working cockroach was crawling in the washroom the pillows were full of thicks damn i killed two of them on top of that there were chewed gutka found on the bed it was such a horrible experience wasted my money for no reason

The room was not properly clean. Overall management was not well. I definitely would not recommend staying

Close proximity to railway station. Good service at a reasonable price. Rooms are very spacious. Highly reccomended for solo as well as family travellerers. Located in the vicinity of hong kong market.

They charged extra rs. 500 for visitors. N while checking out they gave another reason for charging. They charge 500 rs for providing a bigger room double bed which i was not required n not informed while check in. I booked a room for single person. Such a worst experience i had ever

The hotels we stayed were all good as shown in the website and the employees of makemytrip were very helpful to me in helping me for the late check in. Some employees in the hotels were not as good as the makemytrip employees

This was the stay experience i had ever till date. The hotel was charging a size-able amount for the stay but was not able to provide basic amenities to the guest. I would say, prefer to stay on roads or anywhere but not this hotel.

I went down at 10am to checkout but was told that it was at 12 so i went back up to my room but when i went down again at 11:45am i was told to pay an extra 1000 for the room cause i had overstayed beyond the checkout time of 10am. Like what the hell even. Should've let me check out at 10 when i went to check out. The manager akhilesh singh is responsible for this. The other staff are all super nice
