The hotel ambience is decent, but the room tariff feels quite high for what is being offered. I had booked a Mini Suite, but the amenities were more on par with a standard Deluxe Room — nothing special to justify the premium pricing. The location is quite interior within Dimapur, which may make it difficult to find public transport easily. This can be inconvenient for travelers without private vehicles. Check-out was unnecessarily slow. The staff appeared untrained, and to make matters worse, the card payment facility wasn’t working due to network issues — quite disappointing. Overall, the stay was average and not up to expectations considering the cost.

Excellent Stay
Grand vista at Dimapur is a very nice property. Very well maintained. All staff was very courteous and very good hospitality unlike many big hospitality brands. Food was excellent. It is really one of the finest experience you can expect in the state of Nagaland and city of Dimapur.

The overall experience at the hotel was very good. The staff are polite and welcoming, and the food tastes great. The only drawback was that the restaurant service was a bit slow. Still, it’s a very good option in this category and offers a comfortable stay.

I got the mini suite. and it's better then most hotels in Dimapur but at the end of the day the experience was average. I would definitely recommend it but if someone is looking for something unique or out of the ordinary or something original those things are missing.

A good place to stay
Location is ideal and is away from.the maddening traffic and crowds. Cleanliness inside is well maintained and the room for what they are is decent. Bed linen is good. Breakfast is average with very few options. The restaurant food is good. Amble parking space.

Room was ok but bathroom is not good as this price range. Breakfast is terrible. No option except puri sabji. The hotels in this price range should offer at-least 4-5 options they have nothing.

Everything exceeded my expectations, from friendly and professional staff to the spotless and comfortable rooms and the delicious food. The facilities are impeccable, the spa treatments, fitness center, poolside dinning were top notch. What truly sets the hotel apart, however, is the atmosphere. It is clear that the staff here take great pride in what they do as it reflects in every interaction. Will highly recommend this property.

Poor Stay
The property is reasonably new because of which everything seems nice as of now. Clean rooms, white towels, but nothing else beyond this. To start with 1. Very badly located - about 600 mars from the main road and the there is no road after that to reach the hotel. No street lights so dark after sunset. So with no lights and no roads, you can surely sprain your ankle, or when it rains, there are puddles. 2. Untrained staff - very poor quality manpower across all departments 3. I've never heard of a hotel charging for using the swimming pool as an in-house guest. Dirty pool so don't know why a hotel guest should pay rs. 500 for 2 hours of usage 4. Very poor lighting inside the rooms. 5. Gave a room with a geyser not working 6. Sold the room saying breakfast, as there is literally no occupancy hardly any options for breakfast. 7. Services no where close to money charged do not recommend this hotel to anybody and would never stay here again.
