Hotel Rajasthan Fort

The hotel room is well maintained and comfortable. However, there are issues with the bathroom—water doesn’t drain properly and hot water is not available in the morning. Additionally, traditional Indian rice thali is not available in the food menu, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was fine but these improvements are needed.

The behavior of the hotel staff, cleanliness in the room, and room service were all disappointing and below expectations. My experience was not satisfactory in these areas.

Overall stay was quite gud food was budget friendly and well hygiene and overall room toilets everything was quite gud as expected

The stay was close to the railway but in dark alleys, we had a late night train so could walk with luggage. The evening staff sunny the manager and his staff are good but the night staff was pathetic and didn't care a bit for guests. Cleanliness is not their thing it seems. To stay for few hours and proximity to railway it's an ok option but be mindful car doesn't come in and auto charges a bomb so walk and be careful of your safety as alley isn't so safe to railway

I booked 1 double room (non ac) with separate 2 bed. In the time of check in, manager told only joined bed is available. Then i upgraded to ac room. The cost difference was 500 rupees. But the manager took 1000- rupees extra. So i paid almost 2000 rupees for a double beded ac room. Which was not reasonable at all.

The location is good being at a walking distance to railway station. There are few north indian eating joints too. The hotel is clean but needs some improvements such as changing bed sheets every day and providing of bathing eseentials.

I booked for 3 person but room is too small. No ventilation area. Windows are broken unable to open. Food and other services was very nice. Room service staff was very nice and helpful. Beside the room everything is good.

Bathroom was not constructed properly and not clean ! there was no bucket, no water facet. My stay was only 1 day so somehow i manage

Clean, great service from all the staff hoping and waiting for more growth overall. Like other property in other states food was also great and especially the coffee i really loved it. The hotel didn't have non veg menu but the staff was ready to provide and bring it for me. For sure in the next visit, i'll come again thankyou hotel rajasthan fort

The room is good as per charges but if one wardrobe is made available then it would have been much better. Also the toilet condition needs to improve a little bit.

One of the worst hotel in dimapur, double queen bed cost 2k per night where as ac not working, tv with no remote, such an unhygienic bedroom including washrooms

Old type cot & furniture, toilet was not clean properly, room was in 3rd floor, no elevator, food was so so, ambience was not good. Staffs are not co-operative

in first room there was cockroach and room was filthy. When complained they gave other room comparatively big but having smoke smell. No warm water, no complimentary water bottle. Bed sheet & blanket has hole. Whole night I couldn't sleep thinking of cockroaches 🪳. Though it is in middle of the market. I won't recommend this hotel.

They give 1 blanket, when i asked another one they given damage, bad smelling blanket, after that when i asked to change they changing but that one banket also little bit smell bad like, may be they are not washing clothes etc property and drinking water is not available & hotel food change extra.

The hotel does not have any number anywhere so it might be difficult to reach them in case of any emergency. The stay was decent for the price. It was a neat room but not clean so that might be a concern for some. There is no hot water in the bathroom as well.

The overall stay experience was quite good. The staff members behaviour was good and the rooms was clean also. I really liked the experience staying there and i'm looking forward for my next stays in near future !
