While I appreciate certain aspects of my stay, I noticed several areas that could benefit from attention. The housekeeping standards didn't quite meet typical hotel expectations, which affected my overall comfort. Additionally, I experienced consistent difficulties with the in-room telephone system, only being able to reach room service and reception through my personal cell phone. There seem to be some communication challenges, as my requests often required multiple follow-ups to be addressed. I also encountered an unexpected situation when staff entered my room during my extended stay without prior notice. On this note, I'd suggest implementing a more robust system for managing extended bookings. Regarding the laundry services, I was surprised by some charges that weren't clearly outlined in the MakeMyTrip booking platform. Having this information readily available would help guests make informed decisions about using these services. I believe addressing these points would significantly enhance the guest experience at your property.

Terrible Stay

The hotel room?(104) that was alloted to me was horrible. The bathroom was in a highly dilapidated condition. Bedsheet was not clean. Room was stinking. To add fuel to the fire there was a cat fight happening at 3 am right outside the window. Interiors are not at all like the ones shown . I had checked in very late so i was unable to change hotels. Overall a highly disappointing experience
