Good stay so far but this time lack basic amenities like kettle, doormat, ac remote was not working properly. Hope they look into this matter.

Located at the heart of the city with access to various places, friendly staff and good food. Will surely visit next time.

This hotel uaed to be amongs the best in dimapur. Have always stayed here during my official tours for the past 9 years but off late the hotel has degraded and now i prefer other hotel to stay. However here is my review of the recent stay. Tv is not working. Room service have no idea about the orders being placed. Have to call multiple times to remind them of the food ordered. Unclean towels. Broken switch board. Miserly breakfast. Horrible food quality which is overpriced. Noisy ac. The list goes on and on. Pls keep this hotel as last option in dimapur

From the hotel everything is walking distance, rooms are very clean & comfortable😊, food 🍲are excellent👍, overall it's a great stay.

We checked in, in the evening as we reached back from kohima. The rooms are okay with all basic features. May need some maintenance.

I have booked executive suite of the hotel an average stay, price is higher than facilities, behaviour of staff is excellent, food is average overall good. There are more better options to stay in this price.

We reached the hotel at 12. 15 pm. But they refuge d to give us the room though the rooms were vacant and asked for early check in charges. After contacting our local host only they gave room. Their services are also for limited period.

Not at all happy as they have charged a whole day amount for early checkin because their check in time is 2pm. Shall expect the reimbursement from mm t and we shall not book in this hotel going forward. Shall a expect a call to discuss on this

Rooms have stains all over. Bathrooms have stains. The buffet breakfast has only white bread and cornflakes as options. Nothing works properly.

My train was late i reached hotel 9. 45 pm the room key was at the security guard at the gate and no one is in the hotel, i reached the room tv was not working not recharged and i want to see the cricket between india vs bangladesh, no wifi no one at the hotel for the type of service, it was high risky that that no staff were present for any kind of emergency.

It was better than the last time. The towels are still not up to the mark. It has stains in it. The bedsheets can be even more clean. A room freshener can be given in the bathroom
