Review Of Hotel Cedar

The property's location was near the public transport and the railway ,so it was easier for me to travel. The food was great and the service was also good.

The property was maintain very well and hygienic, i have notice very good behaviour of the employees, i have order food that was also very yummy all thanks to the chef who made, it was nice and good place to stay i will surely visit and stay again in dimapur at hotel Cedar

I usually stay at this hotel and have always appreciated the good service. However, this time my experience with the front office staff was disappointing. They came across as a bit rude and seemed to lack proper communication skills. I believe there’s room for improvement in how they interact with guests. On the positive side, the food was excellent as always,no complaints there.

AC's inside the rooms are very old and serving not done...AC's are not working properly and Horrible sounds we're coming from the window AC. After complaining several times time also response from the management is very poor & pathetic and they didn't change my room. One manager just informed me sir you have booked the room from Make my Trip so if you had called to the hotel directly and would have booked the room then we could have change your room. So my suggestions to Make My Trip team that before going to tie up with any hotel specially in the uncivilized places like Nagaland,Mizoram,Arunachal Pradesh etc must verify the details properly..I have a Horrible experience with this hotel. and for Complimentary brakefast I felt that they are donating me because in their brakefast menu there was at least 10 to 12 choices but fir Complimentary brakefast they have only 3 choices..

Nice clean room, good food and staff. Thank you cedar. Very good hotel. This is one of the best hotel in Nagaland. The rooms were very nice. Their food was good. The staff was very understanding and polite behaviour. People travelling out of Northeast and also people coming from north east can definitely try this hotel.

Room AC not working, after complain to MMT CC they are also help to change the room. hotel service and MMT CC service both are useless.

Had a great stay at this hotel! My room on the 3rd floor was comfortable, and while the TV had a bit of static noise, it wasn’t a big deal. What really stood out was the staff—always welcoming, attentive, and making sure everything felt right. They also have in-house dining, but I chose room delivery, and it was impressively quick and smooth. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

I haven't stayed in dimapur hotels so that was my first experience and I should say that the service was really good plus the food was right on time. The room maintenance was also clean. So hopefully I will be visiting again soon. Thank you for the good service

A very comfortable, airy and decent hotel. Rooms are basic but neat and proper. price is reasonable. Food needs a bit less oil in making, but still ok. It's good for short stays.
