The location of this property was nice, food was good but the rooms were below average. Wardrobe doors were broken. Lights and intercom were not working. Dustbin provided in the room was broken and dirty.

The property location is away from the city crowd, if you are looking for peaceful place close to nature then go for it. Food quality, hygiene and rooms are good. Hotel staff was cooperative and polite. Though you get basic things in 2 km radius, the nearby main market is 6-7 km away. Overall a great stay.

Stay was pleasant. Staff are helpful. Garden to relax. Veg restaurant sideby and sttawberry farm too. Location is good.

Pros: it is indeed one of the best place to stay. Location is quite good, it is not far from city yet very peaceful and you get the veiw of beautiful mountain and green farms right from the room. We can even walk to those farms to pluck fresh strawberries, cabbaje, cauliflawer, carrot, broccoli etc (which usually every travellar thinks before coming to mahableshwar. Hotel staff is very humble and helpful. Special thanks to receptionist and caretaker mange-sh for his super supportive and down to earth nature 10 out of 10 to him. Even owner mayur was always there for any help. They have carrom and music system and wifi for entertainment which we can use till 11 pm. Cons: there were no cons as such if we are looking for comfortable and peaceful stay with amazing view. One should not expect a 3 star professional service as no additional services are available here like swimming pool, spa, restaurent, etc. Which we usually get in a proper hotel. Only improvement area could be breakfast which they provide with booking as we get only poha or up-ma with a cup of coffee/ tea that too with limited quantity as they do not have proper restaurent but just a small kitchen. Also hot water service is only available from morning 7 to 10. I would highly re-command this place to stay as the main objective to visit panchgani/mahableshwar is to chill and relax with loved once which this motel totally fulfills. Other things like food n games we can get ea-silly in the city.
Room was properly sanitized just before we checked in and was clean also. Senitizers were also there at reception.

The hotel is at an amazing spot n easily accessible. The view is amazing however the room quality is not at par. The bed and sofa cum bed were not in good state. Otherwise the food, cleanliness and staff was excellent.

Value for money you can say but need to improve cleanliness. Otherwise its good and peaceful location to view nature beauty. Its little far from City centre so if you have your own car then no problem. Otherwise you need to walk and take taxi which is too costly or you can take bus or jeep type transportation. Bikes on rent not available here in Mahabaleshwar.

Stay was good. Booking experience was bad. Whole family was waiting for 2 hours because there was MMT transaction failure. Room charges went up and did not get the offer.

The hotel room is well furnished and was big enough for our family of 4 consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. The balcony has a mesmerising Valley. The television set had some issues initially but was sorted out. Breakfast options were limited.

We had a excellent stay here. Scenic view, bonfire, open sky garden, jhula, botany garden, lush greenery, huge room and complimentary breakfast.

I was with family and had a fantastic stay here. Staff was good, room was big enough with a double bed with additional diwan. Room can easily accommodate 3 adult and 2 children. Hotel is away from traffic snarls and great amenities including attached garden, jhula, botany garden, lush greenery and open sky garden sit out. Do visit this property.
