I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent hotel booking made through your platform. I stayed for 3 nights and the experience was far below expectations due to multiple serious issues.
1. Accessibility Issue: The hotel was located at the top of a steep hill, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. It was extremely difficult to reach, and for guests above 50 years old, it was almost impossible to manage the steep access daily.
2. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I found spiders, earthworms, and flying insects in the hall and bathroom areas. This was extremely unhygienic and distressing.
3. Poor Housekeeping: Used plates and garbage were left out side the room until next day midnight. The standard of cleaning was unacceptable.
4. Unprofessional Conduct: Midway through my stay, hotel staff removed furniture (sofa and tables) from the room without any prior notice or justification, adding to the overall discomfort.
Due to the above inconveniences, I request a partial refund or compensation for this unpleasant experience.
