The experience was really good. Location was amazing. Room were really spacious, very near to bhimtal lake. Food was good as well. The team was very helpful and professional. A good place to stay if coming with family

Location of the hotel was good. But the room was smelly , bedsheets were tidy and washroom was not properly maintained.

Bed was broken and poor hygiene. Not recommended. Food is ok at taste but stomach got upset after eating that food.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent hotel booking made through your platform. I stayed for 3 nights and the experience was far below expectations due to multiple serious issues. 1. Accessibility Issue: The hotel was located at the top of a steep hill, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. It was extremely difficult to reach, and for guests above 50 years old, it was almost impossible to manage the steep access daily. 2. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I found spiders, earthworms, and flying insects in the hall and bathroom areas. This was extremely unhygienic and distressing. 3. Poor Housekeeping: Used plates and garbage were left out side the room until next day midnight. The standard of cleaning was unacceptable. 4. Unprofessional Conduct: Midway through my stay, hotel staff removed furniture (sofa and tables) from the room without any prior notice or justification, adding to the overall discomfort. Due to the above inconveniences, I request a partial refund or compensation for this unpleasant experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Rooms are very spacious and cozy, rooms have clear view of bhimtal lake.

The hotel's location is perfect! It's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel.

Property location is good.Caretaker and staff were both friendly. But find some lacks due to their renovation as wash basin pipe was broken and in morning geyser was not working but staff provide hot water by buckets.Food was average.Overall experience is satisfactory.

First of all this hotel is not near to Bhimtal lake what they have mentioned, I did not get a good feel and I got to know that other guests were also not having the good time. The staff is mind blowing, they are always there to help the guests and available too. adding the photos for better understanding of the quality. I also know that this is not going to make any difference as I have seen the answers as well but please do not go to this hotel if you don't want to waste your money.

As promised in the name, the place will give you much needed solace and comfort. Loved our stay there. Might bring more guests soon.
