I had a great stay at shivam BNB it was really a nice place we can enjoy nature as well as the pool locatoon and the view from the pool is amazing it gives you a best feeling and make you feel that you are in goa even you are in your room

The room is below average with damp on the wall.. the fi ture and fittings at the bathroom is in a state

It was a nice hotel for staying n recreation I enjoyed it a lot Overall a good experience

great stay located in the middle of nature amazing property and room

one of the worst experience in goa hotels as make my trip you should banned this hotel there is no restaurant no good room service. rooms are smelling one of. everything is closed for food in this restaurant. everywhere there is pollution they are renovating there property why they are open. i totally disappointed one of the worst and even bad experience of stay in goa.

Shivam BNB is budget friendly hotel, food quality is good and the ambiance is also good. There ia SwimmingPool also.

I'm a tad surprised that it is rated, thought of, quite so highly frankly. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad film at all; I'd give it a 6.6 out of 10. It reminded me of The Sixth Sense & I'm again surprised that none of the many reviews I've read mentioned that. Personally I thought that was a better movie, lending great influence to this narrative, six years its junior.

It is not correct hotel for family but staff behaviour is very good and please do two swimming pool

the property is not at all maintained and is nothing like it looks in the picture. the toilets are not cleaned, found a dead lizard and housekeeping did not want to clear it. the linen was not changed and they didn't have a replacement. smell of vomit and alcohol filled the place

1. The rooms are dirty 2. Foul smell everywhere 3. Bad cleaning room which was allotted to us was having cigrate buds in window & bathroom 4. Lot of mosquitoes in room window have major gap causing direct entry.

The property is poorly maintained. The building is not cleaned, the pool is dirty, there is no change of linen or cleaning of room between guests. They do not have replacement linen on request. No toiletries or towel provided to guests. The hosts are not at all hospitable.

The stay was amazing its in a quiet place with best amenities like pool, poolside restaurant and the staff is really helpful in every way possible. Had a great stay over the weekend. You'll enjoy the stay especially in the budget it comes in i would like to say its a steal deal. Its both couple and family friendly. The food is amazing too! nothing less than perfect

Situated in North Goa , this property is approximately 63kms from Goa International Airport and in Near proximity to Anjuna . The rooms were very clean with a stunning view of valleys and a serene ambience . Particulary for those who want to get away from the daily city hustle . This resort offers a wide range of activities including weekend open air DJ , BBQ and pool parties . During the stay , the staffs have been very co-operative and helpful including the owner who went out of his way to arrange transportation amd meals . The food quality including the internal environment of the resort has been unconditionally awesome . **NB- dont hire any self drive vehicle from "BHUMIKA TAXI RENTAL SERVICE" which is advertised just outside the resort . This taxi rental company scams the tourist in the name of security deposit . Its better to hire the self driving vehicles from any other agencies nearby . As per my personal experience , this rental service took the security deposit and charged an exclusively higher amount in the name of security and damage for all the damages done before . So beware before hiring . Except this , the overall stay was awesome .

Very good experience to visit shivam bund all things are good, good tent services, both room are good, amazing food, music system food services and all staff members are cooperative yeah just swimming pool is not too good but its good for bathing.

Great rooms with amazing price, totally loved the vibe, staff was amazing, always ready to serve and help whenever in needs
