I have stayed in multiple properties but this one is dirtiest found used condoms under the bed , pan masala wrappers in bathroom (bathroom resembles to be train toilet) , roof have web and spider please dont book your stay here .

the stay was excellent, very near to arambol beach. we found many tourists nearby. the room was neat and clean. both the caretaker of the room was very helpful and kind. they have helped us a lot. i recommend everyone to book the hotel, that will make there arambol tour excellent 👍

I've booked for 2 people's but provided only a single blanket. The incharge wasn't helpful. He should learn to respect the customers

Very pathetic rooms, no hot water service, no drinking water, no mirror, no room service, rude manager and situated in veer narrow lane, stay away from this because all the facilities displayed are false and negative reviews are correct.

No hot water supply for bath even water supply is not sufficient and window locks are not in place. Not family friendly.

Pros - 1 min walking distance to arambol beach (near germane bakery. Cons - bit pricey to me considering basic lack in amenities like cleanliness is not taken care, switch boards are broken, lighting not sufficient, no mirror in room. Although, host is helpful. Also if you are someone who can’t stay in congested lanes then would suggest to find something in mandrem/ashwem beach as entire arambol is quite packed and filled with small lanes.

Very bad service don't stay room are very dirty smell and washroom so dirty and room staff 15-20min in stating they asking wd roudly

Pathetic service, there was no hot water service. Since the climate was serve cold. When we asked for the them to arrange a hot water, as they didn't have gyser. But they denied for the same. Their marketing board shows that they have hot water facilities. But unfortunately it's the other way around l

Good place for isolation trip. No disturbance. A. C. Sound very high. No network in this area. Good place for no disturbance purpose very near to beach.

Very basic room, shared kitchen needs deep clean. Bathroom in poor condition. For what we paid this was very poor value for money. However staff very friendly and attentive. Great location

This place is perfect in terms of being very close to The Beach, food is great, and so is The service. This is The first time I stayed at this place, and would definitely love to stay here whenever i'm back in Goa. Highly recommended!

Best place to stay. Staff is very courteous. Few steps walking from beach. Rooms neat and clean, me and my wife enjoyed the stay. Arambol market is also just a few steps. Awesome.
