waste of money, the room was not clean properly, I will never stay again. 🙏

The facilities were horrible, the bedsheets and pillows were used and full of stains. We requested them to change it Later I had to request bath towels and soap. I raised my concern with the reception/manager that the room should have been prepared before alloting the room. in spite of calling the property and informing them while travelling in the train the room was not kept clean. I would not recommend this property.

Hotel rooms are clean and staff are supportive. Food is also good. But dine in facility is not available. You can order in room.

This is a good hotel just 5 mins walk from Ahmedabad Junction. The rooms are good. Room service is timely with no delay. There are good restaurants nearby.

3* rating given for it's location, which is very near to railway station. Rooms are not maintained properly. A/C was not working properly, covered with dust. It is recommended only for it's location.

hotel is worst. service is worst. ordered coffee it came after 45 mins. next time ordered tea, sugar was very less, ordered that, it didn't came after 30 mins. bathroom door was not closing properly. lock was not working. when told management about that, they told to adjust as hotel is under renovation. if its in renovation thn they should have shut down for few weeks but they chose to harass people. tv is so small that you can hardly see people face in it. fir first 2 days tv wasn't working, had to fight with them to get it operational. overall it was pathetic experience.

Property is at prime location. Very near to railway station The rooms are airy. Cleanliness is excellent. Hospitality is excellent. Lift facility is nice. We had forgotten one important cloth while check out. We had left the hotel and were near our vehicle in front of hotel. The hotel Manager came to us and said that one forgotten cloth is being brought by boy. And ask to wait for few minutes. That boy came and handed over to us that cloth. We expressed thanks to him and the Manager. So in this they showed honesty, promptness with us. Thanks for the same.

The premises structure , lifts and corridors are very poor conditions, does not feel safe for family. Ac ducts are nest for pigeons and worst someone puts feeding to them. Avoid it anytime

Stayed for three days. Hotel is on 5th,6th & 7th level but lift is running only for 6th level. Parents experienced difficulty. However staff were good.

Property is under renovation process. Secondly there is no any back up facility if electricity is disrupted. Pathetic ambience. Not recommendable for families. As a solo traveller after checkin it was very difficult to survive till next day.

Those prefer staying nearby station has a good option. Hotel is nice and staff is very cooperarive.

Cleanliness was quite satisfactory. Behaviour of the staff was good. Lift remained always available.

I was kept waiting till 11pm for unavailability of room. This is the first time i'm worried about booking through make. My trip.

Location wise the hotel is fine, if you want a place near railway station. The taste of food served was good. Room was spacious. People working over there were good. There is no parking space, blankets were not clean. Little noisy due to proximity to the railway station. Nearby places are unhygienic. For a day or so it's manageable, for longer you need to rethink.
