The rooms were small and shabby and poorly maintained with stained bedsheets no water in bathroom dirrty rooms don't book this

Bad experience, hand shower not working, when asked to repair they said book direct, if booked by Make my trip things are treated differently and you will not get good facilities. Breakfast no proper options, only 2 dishes and no other options provided. treated very badly

good place to stay for solo travellers. nice to stay for short and precise trips. very near and in center to iscon circle

property was completely inhegine, dirty linen, smelling badly, infact I lived before a day... I had booked for two nights but stayed only for half day...

Prime location also reception good response and helpful but room is small other wise it's good to stay out side food allowed

No bodywash, shampoo.. even towel provided after asking… bedsheet not clean most probably used. Complementary Breakfast bought from outside stall.. low quality idly one plate with packet color sticked on it..

Stayed in room no 306. Te bathroom was dirty and stinking. No exhaust fan(no outlet) in the bathroom and even the whole room was stinking. The basin tap was not working and all the fittings were worn out. Terrible experience.

No hygiene mm t you should be shame off to list a property like this and thier normal tarrif is 1200 mm t is charging 1900 for the third grade hotel with stinking walls

Reception staff rude behaviour make us wait for 20 mnt to attend. Premises very confined. No access of natural air and sunlight.

The room were very unhygienic, and even the place doesn't looks safe at all. Bed sheet were so dirty not even changed and even the bathroom was not washed.

Worst experience ever. Too rude staff, horrible service, we did checked out in 2 hours, suggest never visit this place to anyone

This property is very small room & toilet flush is not working. Staff is not helpful. When i check in this time i give instructions but they not respond properly so i call make my trip customer care. Still they are blam me for u cancel-led your booking so u can leave room. This type of behaviour of hotel. Dear make my trip i want refund my money. Because they changed room but airconditioner also not working so last day. So i'm very sad about our this bad experience

Clean rooms, staff are friendly and also great location and lastly price are quite reasonable thank you
