Excellent Stay
I had an absoluteoy wonderful stay at the Shera hotels and banquets , Navi Mumbai. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk who where always ready to assist with any questions.My room was spotless, spacious and excellent ambience.The hotel location was also a perfect for exploring around .I highly recommend hotel and will definitely back . Food also excellent with room service kitchen is available.

Good Stay
Stay was good, location was very good, great pick and drop service to temple and Sai Theme park. Breakfast was good. Decent stay.

finding this hotel in ola is so difficult from Mumbai airport, food good u can get boiled eggs and omlette for breakfast, different idli and parota also available for breakfast. other services are also good 👍

good room and good service window was open and there is no lock to close due to which heavy mosquito apart from that rooms are really nice

The hotel is quite good and the rooms are clean and neat, there is no in side restaurant but you have room services, breakfast included or excluded no communication in the front desk, parking is outside the hotel, no gym is available.

Shera hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its impeccable room and outstanding staff. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and featured a tasteful decor that provided a soothing ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly set shera apart, however, was the exceptional staff; they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Good hotel at new mumbai
Advantage- new and neat and clean hotel. Unfortunately no complimentary mineral water in the rooms. Tea bags kept in the room are in loose condition. Breakfast is average. They should maintain the standard of the hotel by providing mineral water and better tea bags.
