Room service, very good and good cleaning hotel very good experience makemy trip app

Very bad services over there. A lot of baby cockroaches in the room. You can stay in this hotel if you like to stay with cockroaches.

Hotel is ok, room are big, staff is helpful. There is bar nearby and loud noise come at night

There is a night club in the same building i was not sleep hole night because of loud music and room was not maintain properly with bad condition of washroom

Silver paradise hotel was horrible. Hotel was for cockroaches not for the guests. No dental kit.

Found cockroaches, water not available in early morning, breakfast delay in morning, ac remote not available.

Ac switch is not working, shower is not working. Room service is good. Room maintenance is bad. People of this hotel are well behaved.

The stay is very bad rooms wall is so dirty and they don’t have soaps on the room

Room walls are not clean, corridor lights are flashing,

Stained bedsheet. Ripped ceiling. Spitting on walls. Horrible stay. Avoid if possible

The property was not maintained at all with poor and below basic standards. Untrained staff and the breakfast experience was rank bad. Sorry. I can't do that. Please send for inapection. * inspection

Hotel room service is very bad

Had a pleasant stay at staycation. Good for a business travel. The sheets were clean, hot water, ac all worked. The tata sky subscription had expired, but i don't watch tv. And oh, there were a few mosquitos. Maybe a seasonal thing. Good part is that this is a stone throw away from rupa renaissance. The surrounding of the hotel is unkempt. Wish they did something about it. Looks like a rundown place because of the lack of maintenance. Not much to complain for the price.

Dj is play all night long and family cannot come to the hotel at all, all these night girls people come. To stay this hotel

The property is bit remote in its location but easy to access with any mode of transport. Really liked the bed and interior
