Bad service, room are to small, they need cash payment on the hotel, payment not accepted, d ext call not picking,

Service very poor, i was told by the manager that if i would have come directly to hotel to book the room he would have given me a better room, i have booked hotel through mmt app so he has given me worst room. While booking breakfast charges had been collected but breakfast was not given at the hotel.

i paid more 400 rupees to the hotel manager. 😐😔

They asked extra money to confirm stay

The hotel is worst and creepy. The rooms were not clean. Previously some people stayed and they didn't even sanitize. Very very worst. And room was so small that wasn't not in the description size. The staff were controlling us. They even asked to pay us extra money when we visited

unhygenic , unprofessional. bad , dirty, filthy. should be given zero or negative stars. bad location also. no room cleaning. bad food. better to stay in slums. disappointed

When i said booking done by mm t, the guy on counter said did you paid mmt, i said yes. He said why you paid. Rooms are-not available on that rate. So asked him why you uploaded your rooms on low cost raise money in dashboard. He said apko extra pay karna padega

Me and my partner had to wait for more than hour because the hotel receptionist said that he had given our booked room to someone else. We already requested for late check-in and informed the hotel in advance. Not at all satisfied with the service even though i booked the hotel a day ago.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Ac is broken and beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. There is no excuse for bad service in the hospitality

I did booking for 3 days at as i reached the hotel, they asked ₹1140 extra

There was a booking for 3 days and i paid in full at mm t during booking but during check in the hotel manager was asking for additional money around 1, 500. But thank you mm t for arranging alternative hotel at that time.

It was a good stay, staff was very helpful.

Had booked 9 rooms for 2 nights for 18 people. Got the confirmation 2 months prior the date of visit. On arrival, the manager denied rooms asking for additional payment. He says doesn't give us money. Either cancel the booking or pay 1000 bucks extra on each room. These OYO doesn't care even if you have booked on OYO platform. They ask for double money or else they don't provide rooms. only after that they provided rooms. Never ever again will i book any oyo hotel in my life.

The staff did not let me check in because my partner was running late. They made me wait for more than an hour and started passing lewd comments about us as a couple when i asked them what is the problem if i check in and my partner joins later. The food they served was stale. No towel or even soap was provided. We requested for a room change because it was smelling like a dead rat. But they never responded.

The hotel charged me 300 inr extra before check in. Outside food was also not allowed. The food was expensive in the hotel the rooms was just average mmt should check on this points

Staff are so supportive, i took my bike and they kept it safe too. Food was so tasty. Would surely recommend.

The location around the place is not that good. Though u might like the hotel a little

It's a nice n clean hotel in good locality. Although rooms are small but looking at price it's far better.
