It was a good experience . The staff was polite.

The room(107) had no ventilation so I had difficulty breathing sometimes. Also it was really difficult to find the hotel as it was inside some building that was literally a shop. It would have been better if they can make visible signs of where exactly the hotel is. Only good thing about the hotel was that our goods were safe.

Hotel is not safe for ladies, Hotel.staff is not good, Never recommend it for families

Good for males solo travelling or as friends.

we traveled as family. location of the property is good. it is situated at colaba market just beside Regal cinema hall. But finding out the property may be difficult due to narrow entrance often hidden by street shops and crowds. Though it is listed as 3 star property, facilities are limited. No lift and rooms are on 2nd floor. Deluxe room that we booked was very narrow and suffocating. there was no table and chair in the room and space was very tight. washroom was clean. Bed linens and towels were clean but room walls were dirty. AC was not efficient and it was leaking water at night. Staffs are OK. Food is not available but there are plenty of restaurants nereby. washroom is so small that people with claustrophobia may have problems. Not value for money.

I find the property online,good food out side the hotel but hotel should at lest provide break fast . Water bottle was charged per Bottle 20 rupees.

The stay was quite good and the staff was co-operative as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Shabana Hotel. The location was perfect, above Colaba Market. The front desk staff (Raja) made check-in smooth and offered helpful local recommendations. Highly recommended for their excellent service!

the location of the stay is really good. It's just in the 2nd floor of a building which is on a street market and also very near to Gateway of India and 2 kms from Marine Drive. Great location and a good stay as well. The room was clean as well

I was here with 2 of my friends, we took the deluxe room for 2 days. The entrance was hard to find and the staircase was pretty old. The room was small but we did not find it that bad. The bathroom was really small. The location of the place is best if you want to stay in colaba. I'd say not suitable for family.

worst hotel service I ever seen

I had booked for a single room with attached bathroom but i did not receive it, instead i was given a bunk bed room, though the room given to me was for me alone it was not what i booked. Other than that everything was fine, room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, staffs were polite enough.

The room is clean, enough for one person but the bathroom needs more cleaning.

I’m was hotel booking paid confirmed on 22th December 2024 with online make my trip good. There hotel name is “Hotel Shabana Colaba Mumbai” asked called me. This pay additional amount more ₹1900 😟 the pricing of hight because of marathon. 😖 Room small okay and No Breakfast with one day. I’m not happy this hotel there.
