The rooms were good and excellent overall service..

when i arrived they made me wait out side about 30 minutes..then i go to the room there was on very hot water in the tap and shower. when vecating they kept me outside and cheked the room.. very poor service. tv is not working tap is complaint fully problems..

Stay is very near to temple and clean comfortable environment. Friendly staffs and neat maintenance

Hotel staff was courteous. Hotel was nearby to temple which was my first expectation. But AC had issues.

this is my second time stay here..Worth the money that you are giving and it's very close to temple and walkable.I preferred seethas regency again is because it is a decent stay..A small suggestion is that pls don't keep the rooms locked for long duration as a stinking smell comes out..

Room and staff service is good. but bathroom help and other accessories have some issues. and all other almost is good.

This property located 5 to 6 minutes walkable distance from the guruvayoor Temple. There is no food provided from this premises. It was an average experince with Seethas Regency. The staffs are good and service was flexible.

everything is fine except one. TV is not working that doesn't affect me much bcoz i was there for few hours. Service is good. they even agreed to leave my luggage even after vacating

No proper car parking facility, poor washroom utensils, cupboard was in a very poor condition. No lift facility. No restaurant facility. Overall disappointing experience.

Stay was good. However, the lodge did not possess an elevator / lift. Mostly the air condition rooms are situated in either at First or Second and without an elevator, it is difficult. Otherwise, OK. The room cost was priced on a higher side as compared to the facilities offered.

The location of the property is on the main road near the Guruvayoor temple. The property staff are very humble and friendly. Rooms are maintained clean and tidy.

hotel management should do renovations on time, toilets are bit dirty and bed sheets were not that clean, switches were only partially functioning

the location is very convenient and the service was all good, only thing that lacks is neatness especially on the washroom and toilets, it was no upto expectations and the room always had a wet smell like has been wet for decades, the television was mentioned in the amenities provided but it was removed, the waste bin was broken and we have to use our hands to open it

Room are neet and clean

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this property. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness—rooms were not well-maintained, with visible dust, unclean linens, and an overall lack of hygiene. The bathroom was particularly unhygienic, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were frequent power cuts, and the backup was either inadequate or delayed, leaving us in the dark multiple times. This was extremely frustrating, especially at night.
