Review Of Seeheim Resorts

The location was close to the falls, food was exceptionally good, the amenities were top notch and super friendly staff.

location is very difficult to find, food is worst and fooling customers by giving 4 star rating

Everything was fine except the smell from bathroom.

We stayed at Seeheim for a night and it was awesome . The main attraction of the resort is its walkable distance to the river which is surrounded by lush greenry . The resort had a pool where we can spend some leisure time . Athirappilly waterfalls is just 1 km away from the property. For dinner , we had Egg fried rice and Chilly chicken ,and it was worthy . The Buffet Breakfast was also ok . Overall We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed thoroughly.

Seeheim resort is close to the river and each room has a balcony for the river view, though falls cannot be seen. Rooms were maintained neat and clean. They do not have a running restaurant and hence any food had to be pre-booked. You can call and book or send whatsapp message. Food was ok. Better to stick with kerala varieties. Their complimentary breakfast is not a buffet when we went. Probably they have buffet only on weekends. We were served kozha puttu and pooris. They were good. Wifi was good enough. Tv doesn't have dth and hence it's youtube and ott only. They provide soap, shampoo and towels in their bathrooms. If they had a running restaurant or ways to ensure they can procure food for their guests, it would have been a fantastic stay. With the lack of decent restaurants in the locality, this is a must for this class of hotels. Overall it was a ok stay.

The best feature of the property is the scenic view of the background river. Rest of the things are below average e. G. Bed size, soap shampoo n tooth brushes were not available. Food was ok ok. It should be label-led as 3 star hotel instead of 4

Location was excellent with good view to river. Swimming pool was small and there was no running restaurant. We have to order food at least 1 hour in advance. They arranged pick up and drop from railway station at affordable rate.

Very good ambience and pleasant stay experienced. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool have kids part with less depth. Enjoyed the stay in hotel very much. Staff's are very humble and cooperative

I had a staycation with my family here it was very comfortable and well executed stay. As i have small kids i had priorly informed about it. And they had taken complete care about it. From neatness to the quality of food and even about any thing that was needed was promptly attended without any delay. Excellent hospitality and service. View from room is very calming and mind relaxing.

Frequent power failure, annoying sound from elcb in the room. Breakfast menu is very much disappointing. More over its highly overpriced.

We had a great stay. Rooms were new and clean. Apt location like other resorts in athirapally. We would recommend the prices and the rooms were pretty big.

We stayed at this property for one night. Rooms were clean, neat and spacious. View from the room was pretty good. However following issues could have been avoided. 1. Couldn't locate the resort easily. We drove in circles for longtime before we found out the location. Gps connectivity is bad in area. 2. This resort doesn't have a running kitchen/hotel. Last order for dinner time is 2000 and will be delivered after one hour! 3. I asked for ice, answer was not available! 4. One bottle of water was kindly given as complimentary and any more is on paid basis(it is not about paying for a bottle of water. The very fact that a resort can't even give two bottles of water is disappointing) all my points would have been o key for a normal motel/ lodge. But i am disappointed for the fact that i paid 7k for this! take this hotel for a good view. That's all!

Awesome view, all the rooms are river facing views. A pool and swing adds beauty to it

There’s usually no one to answer your calls at the front desk. I called them several times upfront around 1 PM to let them know that I’ll be checking in late. No one ever answered the call. I might gave tried at least 10 times. Finally, around 6 PM, someone answered the call and I informed them that I would be coming in @10 PM. When I reached, the room wasn’t ready. The excuse given was that they had some technical issue and hence my booking wasn’t reflecting. So, even if would have reached the hotel on time @2 pm, the room wouldn’t have been ready and it still wasn’t at 10 pm even though I called ahead. I was told that the room was on a no smoking floor but that was untrue as well. When I stepped out for a stroll around 1 AM, all I could smell was cigarettes. The next day, again a technical fault, my room key card wasn’t working and I was locked out of my room. I tried calling the reception as that was the emergency number lodged in the elevator. Again, I tried for 10 minutes and no one answered. Luckily, another Hyatt staff member came to my floor as he was showing another family one of the rooms. He let me in with his master key and later when I came back from my drive, I collected the new key card. I asked for hand-wash and what was given blew my mind away. They gave me fully watered down hand-wash. There was more water in jt than hand-wash. The room was great and comfortable but the whole Hyatt experience was down the drain.

rooms were spacious, clean and had a terrific view of the pool and the river . well behaved and cooperative staffs and management. breakfast menu could be improved with a wider spread. we had a wonderful stay at seeheim.

Seeheim resort is located in near vettilapara, on the way to athirapally waterfalls(near 1. 6km of athirapally waterfalls. The main attraction of this resort is the lake view from the room that was good, that is why i choose this resort. But i had an bad experience from this staff here. I booked an honeymoon suite and i got pretty much discount for the room booking for this room compared to the actual price of the room and i recieved an immediate call from this resort team and they ask me the amount and booking details to know about the amount that i paid and they confirmed in the call itself for the honeymoon suite room. But during checking time they provided an executive premium dulex room instead of honeymoon suite, which is not having bath tub in the bathroom (as per their advertisement honeymoon suite have all facilities including bath tub) this premium room have 3.5 k difference than the honeymoon suite and they were not willing to provided the room to us the booked room even though i show the booking details. So i feel very bad about their attitude. The premium room that i stayed was okay which all have decent facilities but i feel this is an overpriced room for the price for one day. Parking area was good and complimentary breakfast they provided was okay. They don't have restorant in this hotel so they are taking food order from outside as per the customer needs. I am giving one star because of their attitude and behaviour towards customers. Disppointed with their services.
