Very bad experience and owner of hotel not reliable

The receptionist was very rude. Our checkin was not done smoothly, he didn't bother us, he took 30 min time to settle us into a room. There was no geyser facility as told. The fan was not working, and even after asking them number of times they didn't do anything about it.

Its ok thats it. If u plan a low budget trip its a good option. The good thing is safe place for a family to stay

Comes with family for a tour in jaipur arrive at hotel, late night hotel staff is supportive and friendly.

Food was fine, location is not great as was in congested locality. It is fine to stay if you are travel-ling alone.

Hotel was costly , room was small , not matching with price

room condition was not very good. beds were uncomfortable. washroom taps conditions not good. seems to have not repaired. poor maintainance of rooms, lift not available. steep staircase not suitable for persons with pain in back or body. supporting staff not very much cooperative and found arguing. i shall not recomnend for others. the hotel charge seems to be not matching with the rooms conditions.

The hotel location is good but the room is ok. And washroom is not so clean. No cable connection in tv. And no complimentary breakfast
