When checking in the host was not in the property, i had to wait for approx 1 hour, then the room was dirty the mattress had stains the pillows were dirty and the blanket was burnt at some places the towels given were dirty

No service and no helping boy is available for guest. Even filter water bottles was not there for guest

They charges extra 250 as cleaning charges before checkin. Did not give checkin before 1 pm despite multiple requests

Room was very untiday, ac not working, bedhseets and quilts were very dirty, there was complete black out no electricity in midnight for around 3-4 hours.

We stay for 1 day here. We love to stay here again. We enjoy our stay with cool amenities like swimming pool clubs.

Stay was very comfortable with the host rajendra chaudhary. Great location and staff was great

This property is very nice and host is helpful i need any thing he is manage at the time and he is communication is very good i m happy my stay i advice to all pols booking this hotel and enjoy your holiday

Rooms were good. But management provided only one room key and list key for 2 guests. It was very difficult to manage with single key. Also there was no information regarding the other fasciluty available in the building.

The property was beautiful and the staff was cooperative too. The amenities at the hotel were quite impressive and at the price that we booked the hotel was a steal deal for us.
