When checking in the host was not in the property, i had to wait for approx 1 hour, then the room was dirty the mattress had stains the pillows were dirty and the blanket was burnt at some places the towels given were dirty

businessRoom was very untiday, ac not working, bedhseets and quilts were very dirty, there was complete black out no electricity in midnight for around 3-4 hours.

Rooms were good. But management provided only one room key and list key for 2 guests. It was very difficult to manage with single key. Also there was no information regarding the other fasciluty available in the building.
