Property is awesome with very good service staff is very respectful and obident food is too yummy with on time services

Disappointing to say the least ! Poor in evry which way a resort can be termed as one!not worth the money and shall not recommend it to anyone!

It could have been little clean. Open showers are there but you cannot use them. Pool was not clean and food was expensive compared to the surroundings. Hotel tried to provide a luxury service but failed. Necessary things like fridge in the room is not there. The major disappointment was pool not being clean and 3 options in breakfast.

The property was advertised as a potential 5 star stay but it turned out to be in parallel with a 2-3 star category. To start with, the showers were running dry and the water outlet was extremely slow, there were lizards in the washroom space. The washroom kept on stinking. The room packed basic amenities like a tv (though they claim on mmt that they have a tv. The rooms had no mobile network coverage ( air-tel and jio. There was no wifi available either. The food was decent but the portion was way too less. They have kept their food prices in sync with a 5 star setup which is extremely surprising. The staff lack service industry experience and few of them don't even know what they are serving.
